Eliptical Machine: 48 minutes. 5 mph average speed. 503 calories.
Weights w/ Physical Trainer: 30 minutes. 229 calories.
Gym Scale: 203.8 lbs.
Pedometer: 8391 steps. However, I know that is low as it has a hard time keeping track of 'steps' when I'm on the eliptical machine.
Tonight I'm going to try to reverse engineer an Excel spreadsheet that my first trainer used to keep track of the weights and measurements for my current trainer. That is. If I can find one of those old sheets!
